Before downloading, using, saving, unpacking, receiving, or installing any software outside of the proper channel to access the commercial version with associated license, you must read and understand this agreement, which is applicable to all uses of the typefaces outside of the Commercial License. The term "Product" in this context refers to all typeface files, picture files, and other supporting files, data, and materials made by Enoch Light. The copyright for any software and other intellectual property described in this text is held by LIGHTDESIGNS.
The user agrees to each of the sentences below by downloading, using, saving, unpacking, receiving, or installing the product.
Do not use, download, or install the product if you do not agree with any of these paragraphs.
1. The user agrees not to upload on the Internet or any other network, sell, share, distribute, or communicate the product to other people or systems.
2. The user won't copy, duplicate, or base their own work on the product.
3. The user agrees not to use this typeface in any situations that are for profit or in connection with anything or anybody that is trying to make money.
4. The user will not in any manner exaggerate, try to justify, or hide product misuse. This includes avoiding or offering misleading responses to inquiries regarding the font's history, legal status, and license ownership.
5. The user is aware that failing to notify Enoch Light right away about any unauthorized commercial use of the product or other misuse may be seen as an effort to conceal the problem.
6. The user accepts full responsibility for all usage and misuse and agrees to pay any penalty charges determined by Enoch Light by failing to abide by this agreement.
All forms of public media must have a commercial license. Please reconsider if you're planning to use the product for profit without a license or violate this agreement in any other way.
Whether you are employing a designer, being hired by another party, or are the product's direct user, it is your responsibility as the software user and end-user to actively verify where and how you can use the product.
No improper usage will ever be tolerated, including failure to read this agreement, read-me materials, notes, or other product details.
To avoid any ambiguities, get a commercial license; otherwise, you'll be fully responsible for any miscommunication.
